Fitness Friday: Lean Legs Pyramid

Hello all!  I just wanted to bring you a quick workout that will leave your legs buuuuurning.  Skinny jean season is upon us & what better way to rock yours than with toned legs? 
I pinned this onto my fitness board on Pinterest about a year ago & have gone back to it several times.  The workout is simple enough but it absolutely works.  Start at the top & work your way down.  Once you've reached the bottom, work your way back to the top of the pyramid again.  Happy squatting!
