Every Saturday from April - December there's an exciting event that takes place at Pepper Place in downtown Birmingham. From 7am-noon you can find a plethora of tents & people wandering the block & picking up delectable & handcrafted goodies.
Pepper Place Market brings farmers & artisans from all over the state each weekend. You can find anything from local produce to handmade jewelry & clothing to food trucks & live music.
There are so many vendors that I love that can be found weekly at Pepper Place. I'm always sure to stop by the
Freedom Soap Company &
Piper & Leaf Tea booths. Brad & I love picking up fresh produce to take home & enjoy for dinner. It took a couple of trips for us to discover that the market actually covers about three blocks so if you visit, make sure you hit all the booths!
I always love wrapping up a visit to the market with a walk through
Charlie Thigpen's spectacular garden gallery.
Be sure to check out Pepper Place Market if you're in the Birmingham area. If you do go, make sure you get there early as the good news has spread & it gets crowded!
