Fitness Friday: Toning Those Arms


Another Friday, another fitness post...
Today we're tackling the arms.  No one wants the bat wings or for their arms to wave back at them when they wave goodbye. 
Tackle this quick workout to tighten up those arms.  Bonus: planks & tummy tucks also work your core so you're hitting multiple muscle groups at once.  This workout can be equipment free too- just grab a couple of soup cans from your pantry for the bicep curls.  Once you've mastered that, move up to plastic bags containing a few soup cans.  Then wave bye-bye to flabby arms!
