Fitness Friday: Yoga Moves for Better Posture

Due to the nature of my job, I've noticed I've developed really terrible posture.  I tend to stand with my belly out to compensate for my work uniform. 
I found this photo on Pinterest several months ago & have decided I need to put it to good use.  Hopefully these few, simple moves will help me improve my posture & in turn, lessen the belly pooch that can develop due to poor stance.  Give them a try if you're suffering from the same bad carriage.
